How do I create a workout?
Tap "+ New Workout" on the home screen, enter a name, and tap Create.
How do I add exercises to a workout?
Open a workout and tap "+ New Exercise" at the bottom.
- Select from the built-in list of exercises, or
- Create a custom exercise (Premium feature).
How do I track my weight for an exercise?
Tap on any exercise to expand it, enter the weight (and any other details), then tap Log.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Follow these steps on your iPhone:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Optimal Fitness
- Tap Cancel Subscription
How do I restore my purchases?
- Open the app
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- On the paywall screen, tap "Restore Purchases"
How do I delete my account?
- Open the app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
This will permanently remove your account and all associated data including any purchases you may have made.
I purchased Premium but it is not showing
Try these steps:
- Close and reopen the app
- Go to the paywall and tap "Restore Purchases"
- If it is still not working, email us at theoptimalapp@gmail.com with your Apple ID email
Troubleshooting
If you run into problems (crashes, data not saving, workouts missing, etc.), please include this when you contact support:
- The device you are using (for example, iPhone 14 Pro)
- Your iOS version
- The app version
- A short description of what you were doing when the issue happened
- Screenshots if possible
