How do I create a workout?

Tap "+ New Workout" on the home screen, enter a name, and tap Create.

How do I add exercises to a workout?

Open a workout and tap "+ New Exercise" at the bottom.

How do I track my weight for an exercise?

Tap on any exercise to expand it, enter the weight (and any other details), then tap Log.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Follow these steps on your iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Optimal Fitness
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

How do I restore my purchases?

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. On the paywall screen, tap "Restore Purchases"

How do I delete my account?

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account

This will permanently remove your account and all associated data including any purchases you may have made.

I purchased Premium but it is not showing

Try these steps:

  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. Go to the paywall and tap "Restore Purchases"
  3. If it is still not working, email us at theoptimalapp@gmail.com with your Apple ID email
