Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Optimal Fitness ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Optimal Fitness is a workout tracking application that allows you to:

Create and manage workouts
Track exercises and weight history
Visualize muscle groups being trained
Create custom exercises (Premium feature)

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

1 workout
4 exercises per workout
Basic features

Premium Subscription

Up to 10 workouts
Up to 15 exercises per workout
Custom exercise creation
All future updates

Pricing

Monthly: $0.99/month
Lifetime: $6.99 one-time purchase

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable
Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds
For exceptional circumstances, contact Apple or Google Support as refunds are at their sole discretion

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Share your account with others

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Optimal Fitness. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (workouts, exercises, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

FITNESS DISCLAIMER: The App is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the App will cease immediately
We may delete your account data

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
