Create a workout
Click "+ New Workout" to get started, then enter the name of your workout.
Add or create your exercises
Click "+ New Exercise" to either select a standard exercise or create your own.
Log your progress
Click on the unit to pick how you're tracking your exercise, then type in the amount and click log every time you increase!
Personalize your settings
In your settings page, you can change the app theme color and the colors of the heatmap on your body diagram.
